Sleeping is one of the essential tasks, that every human being carries and must carry appropriately. Though, it alters from person to person, the hours of sleep required, but it is said that at least 8 hours of sound sleep is required for any normal person. When we sleep, our brain relaxes and cleans itself of all the day’s tasks and tensions and make space appropriately for the new things to enter. When we wake up, our nerve system is freshened and made ready to carry out other tasks of the day.
