Baking Soda Uses For Hair Care

Well, let me explain it a little. A shampoo contains SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulfate), Parabens, Polyethylene Glycol, Di-ethanolamine, and Fragrance. Do not be fooled over the name of fragrance. Fragrance means the presence of thousands of separate chemical ingredients. These chemical ingredients are the worst offenders and using shampoo is cool but it’s harmful for your hairs and skin.
But we can’t leave our hairs dirty and messy, smelling like a rotten egg.
What to use?
The answer is simple, Baking Soda.
Baking Soda, Sodium Bicarbonate (NAHCO3) in the language of Chemistry, is a natural compound that cleanses and softens your hair just like a shampoo and a conditioner respectively but without any harm. It’s best used for people with dry, scaly scalps.
A normal shampoo washes away the necessary oil from your hairs that promotes scalps to produce more oil. On the other hand, Baking soda balances the pH level and makes your scalp to produce just the right amount of oil.
